I am using Wordpress Blog with my website like mysite.com/blog, I have submitted my website sitemap.xml file in Google Webmaster Tool but my question is that Can I use separate sitemap.xml for my blog and post my blog to Google Webmaster Tool just like did for my website home page?. I am little confuse
Yes you can. In google webmaster tools there is option to submit multiple sitemaps. You have already submitted the website sitemap, now you can submit blog sitemap.xml as well.
thanks for your quick reply, one more question should I delete blog links from sitemap.xml which I generated for my website what if I dont delete them and create a sitemap for blog and submit it in google, but will it be a duplicate problem?

Hi Better way is to create a separate sitemap for blog and other section too like news and article. Because we have to try to index all the web pages with the help of sitemap. Hope you understand.
