    Hello,

I'd like to know if submitting sitemap for 1 page dynamic site (online dictionary service) worth something or help to get indexed fast and got some ranking?

    My opinion would be: yes

Also, get yourself 10 good posts on this forum and place the link in your signature. Google crawls these pages daily.

You do not need a sitemap at all, but you need links pointing to your site. First these links are going to get your site in the index and then, if they are good and numerous enough, they are going to push you to the top positions.

if it's an online dictionary service, it's actualy multipage (it may have only 1 file, like index.php, and for every word there's index.php?smthin..) in this case, you could provide google with a sitemap containing every word :)

Yes I have query urls like dictionary.php?word=bla but there is too much word in the database. (~100K). Shall I do it? I know there is url limit of sitemap, and I can split sitemap files. But will it be good for me - my site? :)

well it can't harm you, and if google takes your sitemap before indexing normally, then good for you

    These are the good questions.

Would you be Google, would you index 100000 pages just because they are in a site map ? Probably not. It would be way too easy to get pages indexed.
