SiteMap error in wordpress blog

hey
can any one help to solve this happen?
I use XML Sitemap Generator plugin and make the sitemap.xml.
The problem is Google web master tool is not accepting it.

Please tell me the method to correct it.

 

You can try making the sitemap using
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/
and let us see how it works

 

do one thing

open robots.txt file from your root folder

and delet all old data and put this

User-Agent: *
Allow: /

and save it as robots.txt and upload in your root directory

it will work fine then

What are you talking about, the robots.txt is a file exclusion protocol, there is no allow: directive. Go do some research at http://www.robotstxt.org/ before you spread more mis-information.

 

The issue is a URL in your sitemap is blocked in your robots.txt, you need to remove any URLs in your XML sitemap that are blocked via the robots.txt file in your top level directory. If you give me the URL to your sitemap and robots.txt I can locate it for you.
