Sitemap creation for E-commerce site?

my client has about one dozen products to sell on his website. Do I need to create one sitemap for all 12 products or create and submit 12 diiferent sitemaps for each item??

 

i would think 1 sitemap. you should also consider a froogle feed.

You create one sitemap for the entire site. The sitemap will list each page.

There are many free sitemap creators (some already referenced) that you can use yourself, or there are poeple who will do it for you if you feel your time is worth more that the small cost associated with having someone else do it.
