Guys i am confuse. i had created sitemap.xml and is there compulsary to create rss.xml. Please cleare me. And also give me the list for there submission.
Rss.xml is for your site blog.. I think it is the Rss feed of your blog which also works as sitemap. you can use both.

You can submit your sitemap.xml to Google webmaster tool and also yahoo & bing webmaster tool.. but first you need to verify your site there.
It is not compulsory to create rss.xml After creating sitemap.xml, submit on google, yahoo & bing webmaster.
You may use both. It helps to crawl the pages of the website by indicating the exact location of the website pages.
Sitemaps are of two type: HTML and XML. HTML sitemap is created for the visitors visiting the website...whereas XML sitemap is created for crawlers crawling the website...RSS is something different from sitemap...
