I started showing sitelinks in google webmasters a few days ago, like lots of people.
Last night I found them for one of the sites on a live search, almost accidentally - not for the site name and not for the post popular keyword for the site. They show for a 'secondary/less important' type search.
I haven't found them for the other sites yet, and don't know an easy way to know what they show for.

I first noticed the potential sitelinks listed in Google Webmaster Tools around Christmas. There were eight seemingly randomly selected pages (not the pages with the most incoming links, or the most visitors). When I checked Webmaster Tools again a couple of days later, some of the inlinks had changed and they were now only five. And I still haven't found any search phrase that I can actually see sitelinks for in the real SERPs. Naturally I tried searching for the site name and other phrases where I'm placed as #1, but no sitelinks.

Has anyone noticed sitelinks appearing in the SERPs for a phrase you didn't have sitelinks for before they showed up in Webmaster Tools? I was hoping that the inlinks shown in Webmaster Tools is a preview of what is soon to come.
