Its seem your site is banned from Google, Google doesn't like adult content n Images too so may be it ll be the case of your site drop from SERPs. You can remove these images and send your site for reconsider to google through your webmaster tool.

I am not sure if that is correct. If you search pornhub on Google, you will get full on site-links even with search box. If you search porn for example, you would still get site links for the first website that appears in the search.

Where are you getting that info from? Have you searched Google images lately for "porn"?

Google only displays sitelinks for a site when the algorithm is confident that the searcher is actually looking for a specific site for the keyword(s) being searched for. If they no not display them or no longer display them for a certain keyword(s) or phrase, then the algorithm is not longer confident that it is he specific site that is being searched for.

What is the URL and what is the search phrase you expect the sitelinks to show up for?

There is a high possibility of getting hit by Google penalty. However, it will be great if you can share the URL as mentioned by Agent000
