Hi, Does anyone here have any experience with sitelinks extensions on their Adwords campaigns? I was wondering if you've found them to work how you'd like them to, and whether you think they're a worthwhile addition to your ads. I've been assured that they work mainly on keyterm relevancy, but this doesn't correllate with my experience. They appear probably 10% of the time on my current campaign, despite being highly relevant (sometimes the same as the search term itself), and the campaign credentials (quality score, top 3 position) being otherwise top notch. Some of my competitors are manipulating their sitelink extensions to the point where they're even displaying prefixed with "star" characters, yet I'm struggling to even get mine to display at all. I get the impression sitelink extensions are very much beta, as they don't seem stable at the moment. It's pretty infuriating!
They are great. You can also see how many people click on the original text link and how many clicks on sitelinks so you can further optimize them.
You can find out more information here : How to set up Google Adwords Sitelinks Extensions . This feature was made available late last year for advertisers' top performing ads, but is now available via a one-line format for all campaigns.
