Sitelinks and...?

    When I search for flickr, G shows site link and a form to "Search flickr.com"...
    What is it?

    It is simply a search tool if you want to search something specifically inside the flickr.com site.

    For example, if you write travel in the serach flickr.com box then you will get the search results from within the flickr.com site only and not from any other source.
