    It's a great domain and very brandable.
    The value of the domain is not for it's pr or backlinks.
    You can check that many tld's are taken.

    I bought it for $6xx.
    I can't accept your bid because I've received many $xxx offers.
    And current highest offer I received is $700.

    If you can find such names ("popular terms" + Land .com) for only $xx,I'll buy them from you.I think lots of them are asking from mid $xxx to mid $xxxx.
