Actually I have never used it but have heard about it. What it teaches is how to build a site with content and then put videos from you tube and others on the site. You can also incorporate adsense into the site to increase its value. Then after sometime you can then sell/flip the site and start building another one. If you can afford the membership fee, it worths giving it a try so as to learn how to flip a site.
