this site dont get 900,000 uniques a month, whoever buys will be badly dissapointed.

Hmm odd. I read the thread starters post and the way I read it the BIN was not really a BIN and he reserved the right to sell or not.
I also figured many would offer the BIN and that offering more than the BIN was probably a good idea.

Oh I didnt know it was on sitepoint. Their TOS doesnt allow you to offer it for sale elsewhere not that it matters in this case since it sold so fast.

It won't load for me but looking at your stats and backlinks I see it is inflated. Irrelevant loq quality proxy traffic. What is going on? 900,000 uniques yet only 325 googleers? The site is down at this moment as well.

This is the most ridiculous sale ever.

First bin is not equal to reserve.

Imo the site is very fishy. Have you read the guys thread where he sells advertising space to dp-ers. There are people which say "for the last couple of days I have received only 3 visitors...."

How can this be possible if the site has 900k uniques?

I have a site which receives 900k uniques and it has an alexa of 20k or less ...

I believe alot of it is paid traffic. Either way it is not quality traffic. If it was 1/3 Google traffic I would buy it in a heart beat.

And to answer everyone's questions about the quality of traffic that the site is getting, please read my full listing thread to find this which I've posted:

If the buyer is not satisfied with the sale and for some reason requests a refund, then the site will go to one of the other 6 BIN buyers waiting to purchase the site at a higher price than my stated BIN.
