    * URL: SiteFight.com
    * Established: 12 Jun 2004
    * Uniques/Month: 900,000
    * Page views/month: 2,700,000
    * Monthly Revenue: $200*
    * PageRank: 5 (predicted 6)

    I am selling SiteFight.com because it is growing too large to handle. I'm finding myself upgrading my current hosting plan just because of the traffic SiteFight.com is getting.

    Some of you might have heard of SiteFight.com or even used it before. It is one of the top topsites out there, and is used by many webmasters here at SitePoint, and other webmaster forums. In order to keep the site top quality, I have only (and also previous owners) allowed quality websites (with PR, have high traffic, or unique idea) into the memberbase. The site gets 1-50 sign ups per day.

    SiteFight.com has an unique and custom skin. It is powered by Aardvark Topsites, and after asking the creator of the script, the link copyright back to Aardvark's website is optional. The whole site itself is just around 200mb. Although, the stats take up around 300mb, so you will need at least 500mb to host it. 1GB to be safe. As for bandwidth, it is eating up around 5 or so gigs per day (as I remember. I do not have the exact screenshots to prove yet).

    Revenue Details:

    $200/month from ALL private advertisers.

    I just recently offered advertising for private advertisers/website owners on SiteFight.com around a week ago. I've had a HUGE amount of PMs and emails. I currently have 1 $30/month 728x90 banner advertiser, 1 $50/month 468x60 banner advertiser ($30 for the first month), and 2 trial $50/month 468x60 advertisers that has paid for one week to try the service (at 10/1week). I also have 2 advertisers waiting in line for the 468x60 banner spot. One at $50/month, and the other for a trial of $12.50 for 1 week. PMs are still pouring in.

    I just tossed in the adbrite cpc/cpm ad also, but I'm not earning much from that yet. The ads aren't targeted at all, and I'm only getting 1 or so clicks per day (bottom half of the page).

    Traffic Details:

    SiteFight.com is currently a PR5, predicted PR6 by iwebtool.com (http://www.iwebtool.com/domain_lookup?domain=www.sitefight.com).

    Alexa: 246,843
    Incoming Links: 299,750

    Pageviews/day: 89631.33

    Please note: Because this is a topsite, a lot of the page views/uniques are from the sitefight button on member sites.

    How much time does it take to maintain the site?
    Where is thre traffic from (countries)?
    Can you put up some referrer stats?
    Do you spend any money on advertising? If so when and how much?

    Thanks very much and offer coming shortly.

    1) It takes around 5-10 minutes per day to go over the new websites and reviews. Very simple and painless ;).
    2) Traffic stats of countries: http://www.christianavenue.org/sitefight/stats_vis2.gif & http://www.christianavenue.org/sitefight/stats_vis1.gif
    3) You'll have to wait on that. I will try to find it in the old server.
    4) I don't spend any money on advertising. It basically snow balls other webmasters to sign up through button advertising on member sites (which are very popular since I only allowed very quality sites into the memberbase).

    Now I don't understand.... I thought BIN means "buy it now" :), so auction should be finished, or you should remove BIN and take the highest offer after auction ends ;).

    Nice site, I might be really interested in buying it.

    However I must ask you 2 things:

    1.It is obvious that the site is suffering penalty from google. It shows 0 backlinks and it is seen as PR2 in some datacentres. Why do you think is this happening, and would this affect the traffic it receives?

    2. Did you ever try to put adsense on the site? Why not?

    Hi Everyone. I've just logged in to find tons of PMs on tons of different forums. There are also a lot of BIN offers on many of the 10 forums I posted this on. I'll be checking the times of each and will update everyone asap. Feel free to make a standby offer via PM if you are still interested.

    Hope your using the time stamp and sells to the guy who offered to pay the BIN first.. else its really bad business Practices.

    And people should stop offering amounts over the BIN. Dont try to tempt the guy... BIN is BIN..
