SiteA > SiteB PHP 301 > Site C ... is referrer passed along?

SiteA links to >>> SiteB.com/bla.php which uses a PHP 301 header redirect to >>> SiteC.com

Will SiteC be able to tell that the originating click came from SiteA?

Or should I use 302? Or should I use a plain ol' META REFRESH?

Will that remove the referrer info?

Sorry if this doesn't make sense, but I've been reading DP thread for so long that it's affecting my English.

How will you ever see the site a from site c, the referrer is always b?

Well... I've done some reading, and apparently if you use a PHP header redirect then the initial referrer (SiteA) is definitely passed along to SiteC.

Seems like the only way to keep SiteA a secret is to use meta refresh on SiteB.
