Hello there I recently set up a site5 affiliate account and sold a hosting package soon after signing up. I waited the necessary 60 days and then requested pay out from them via paypal, I waited and signed into my account today about a week later and it says that it has been sent, now I did not receive any money which makes me quite mad I checked the paypal address which I gave them and it was correct. What is going on? Thank you for any help. :(

I don't know much about their affiliate program but in the last year Site 5 has gone from being one of my favorite hosts to just absolute garbage. I hope you get the money your owed.

I would e-mail them and would ask what has happened. I would also warn them in the second e-mail that if they don't pay, you will post it on a webmaster forum (even if you already did).

Ughh, that is a bummer. I would definitely be emailing them or even calling them to see what is going on. Sometimes it is better to make a phone call to see what is going on.
