My site is accessible when i hit http://mysite.com, but not when hit www.mysite.com.

What to do for this : A-record or Cname ?

If so, what exactly should i do?

Either one will work, I suggest a cname though. It usually takes longer for the www. to work than without, so you may just have to wait it out.

But www. is not loading at all. At the same browser, same time http://sitenaem.com is loading fine.

Ask your web hosting provider to setup 301 redirect for you on the side of the server.
