Selling Site With Visitor and Adsense Earnings

i want to sell one of my adsense site, this site is have hundreds uv per day, and have adsense earnings, this is the proof:

currently, i use histat, not google analytics for the stat,

on oct, i was remove the autoblog for this site, but the site is still have visitor and earning untill today,

the reason why i sell this site is i really need cash money right now, and i also don't have any idea to update this site anymore,

i will move this site to your hosting account,
and the domain will also move to your name or godaddy account for free,
