Buying Site with traffic - around 500-1500UV per day

    I want to buy an established website that has a minimum of 500 UV per day (1000-1500+ prefered), with traffic preferably from Europe, once again, UK is prefered.

    Earnings are not important and any niche is welcome, even adult or whatever.

    £10,000 is the BIN, i don't expect it to reach that, the reserve is $3,000. Revenue is predominantly through BuySellAds, but additional revenue comes from private ad sales - I have a full spreadsheet with all current ads, renewal dates, contact details and revenue taken.
