Selling Site with some revenue but great potential going cheap

Hi everyone,

I am looking to sell my cricket related website, the site in on the first page for the keyword :
Top cricket magazine(search results : 7,100,000)

and on the second page for the keyword:
Top cricket news(search results : 21,400,000)

The site is about a year old and did'nt spend much time but now with the ipl going on and t20 world cup this year and the ODI world cup next year this has got great potential for the right person.

I donot have a adsense account so the revenue what ever little is has now is not high (adbrite sucks), people with adsense may have a better result. Although I got two signups with a international cpa offer last month.
