Site with rss feeds

    Is there any tos violation if site just has rss feeds with various news from around a world .... like some news portal from various sources ?

    I don't know. Directories have AdSense and I have not heard that they are in violation of the TOS. They are just links. Many news sites, where stories point to outside sources, have AdSense.

    I think, when in doubt, ask Google.
