Site with ONE Popup under, is adsense allowed ?

    If I place a popup under ad from other network at my site, and my site also display Adsense ads.

    Is this allowed by Google ?

    Simultaneously you are annoying your visitor and Adsense. I reckon you won't require any other network when you are with Adsense.

    Popunders are pretty heinous anyway. As stated above they'll annoy your users very quickly.

    No, pop up is against TOS and may cause many invalid clicks fraud.
