    I've got a 1 page site and it's PR7

    The effect is SERP traffic will be lower due to having less keyword combos to rank for. But if that one page is viral/cool it can get more traffic than sites with 100k pages.

    one page will not help in PR and SEO but u can have one page landing page for ur service or pakcages for online advert. thier it will be just conversion page.
