site with no content, just adds!

    I can't belive, this site has no content. It sais: "Search to Find the Best 4 Sites on any topic", and then it gives you the Large Rectangle (336x280) with four adds on him like a result for the serach
    how strange! :confused:

    Yes, you must have content on a page. Your site must be tailored for a user not for adsense. And having no contect at all is extreme case. I belive it's against TOS.
