Sorry, I will try to explain.Are the articles on your site taken from other article sites, or from feeds? Or have they been submitted to your site specifically by the original authors.Over 50,000 original articles with the associated authors email database would definately make the site more attractive, then again a clone or cutter site with feeds is worth very little.

 

ok i get you now..all articles are taken from original authors this is a full database based on ezine articles..the script is not powerful however the database is more powerful..the only purpose of this site is the income from google adsense if you look at categories with 149 categories you'll know that it contains the full web..so if you know a little of seo your income will increase fast

 

if that is the site for sale or a identical example, then
your alexa in the millions shows that you have actually ZERO traffic, except some bots and your own
resulting in zero or near zero adsense revenue
with a PR0 you did no efforts of linking and no one else links to that site - my social blog on tumblr got PR2 without any links created by myself, just from somewhere/by someone

there are many ways to assess in a matter of seconds the true value of article sites and possible revenue

genuine article directories do have:

an author registration/login/article submission links/pages
an author resource box with the 3 traditional BLs at the bottom of every article
an author profile page for every author linked on every article

since your a.m. site has none of above
all article reused might be in violation of copyright law unless you created all articles yourself

I would be utmost careful offering such a site for sale
and even more cautious consider to buy one

i said that the site is new..and plz man i'm pro in SEO ok i have a site lunched 3 months ago with PR2 and 107.000 in alexa so plz don't tell me about PR and so on it's so easy to increase your PR and your alexa too..
i said the goal of this site is the income from google adsense..you're talking about article directory? the site is named "Web Directory" and not "article directory"..and don't need an author page,login,registration...ect only admin can make articles and there's no violation of copyright read the articles and you'll see that all articles belong to their original authors.
I repeat the goal of this site is the income from google adsense.

my comment was entirely based on the URL "www.webfly.info" provided earlier and about 5 random pages visited .... and no other high traffic site you ay have in mind but no where mentioned
if the site you are actually selling is a totally different site, then my comments obviously are invalid.
