The site is receiving around 150 visitors per day, mostly from Google. I can share Analytics access with anyone - just ask.

This site is quite large. It's currently sitting on it's own Shared HostGator server. I am in the process of migrating it to my VPS and will be handing newly-created Cpanel over to the buyer. They can keep it there or migrate it out themselves.

What niche is your website? and what kind of advertise do you work on to get those organic traffic?

 

The site is making $10 (in march which is your best month) and with hosting cost is might be making $2 to $5 a month at most if not losing money due to hosting cost. At $5 a month that is 100x monthly revenues at a buy now of $500. With industry standard at 10x to 18x monthly revenues isnt that very high?

At 15 mins a day to create the content that is over 7 hours a month so I am making about $.30 per hour. I know not all sites make money but that seems high.

I didn't do any advertising, that would mean the traffic wasn't organic.

 

Actually, I am generating the content automatically. However this doesn't come with the site because I had it coded from scratch.

Also, this site is being sold for the organic traffic - not the current revenue.

A site that has never been monetized but is receiving organic traffic is still worth something, correct?
