Site with hundred thousands pages indexed (no content)

    How to create this kind of site?

    This site does have content, it has a unique page for every file uploaded onto its server, someone posts the download link on a forum the page gets backlinked the page then gets indexed! Very simple..

    I see several wordpress blogs can have more than 150.000 pages indexed in Google. The site only has around 100 posts.
