Selling Site With GREAT Potential - #1 On Yahoo, Page 2 in Google! - AutoPilot!

Hi guys,

I'm looking to sell my niche website which is about home power generators. Basically the site is promoting the Magniwork manual which is a product on clickbank.

This site has A LOT of potential. I've not been doing anything to it since I created it in October. It has climbed to the top of yahoo and is on the second page of google. With a little more effort (like creating content and building some more back links), I'm sure the site will be up to page 1 in no time.

"home power generator" is a very profitable keyword if you do a search using Google Adwords Keyword Tool. If you think my content sucks (more of presell content), you can either add new content and rearrange everything, or just re-structure the site. Does not take more than a day to do it.

I'm selling this site because I need some cash flow for my other projects as my internet banking account has screwed up and I kinda lost a lot of money (to NOBODY!). Oh well.

I've not tracked traffic for this site. I'm sorry if I gave you the impression that my site gets a lot of traffic. I've got an email from a browser before though. But sadly to say, as my site is at the second page of google, I get like only 1 small part of the pie.

Yahoo seems to not get many visitors for me as well. I'm sorry if I couldn't be of help to you. But I'm very sure that this site will do you proud with more link building and a better converting presell article. (not very good at preselling).

As for the keyword, google records 720 Exact searches which is very good as people who search for "home power generator" would be interested in getting a power generator. If you are able to get this site ranking high where it will be getting like 30% of the traffic, which is 216 visitors, at a 1% conversion rate it would get you around $70 a month. However the conversion rate should be higher in reality as you're preselling your visitors and if you get the site to the top 3 it could get like 50% of the traffic.

Just checked my site apparently yahoo killed my site and put it somewhere i don't know where. So now I'm on page 2 of google. Just to inform you about the change. It's not number 1 in yahoo anymore!! =(

However it's 3rd on yahoo for keyword "home power generator secrets" which I don't think gets a lot of traffic. Just to mention.
