Buying Site With AdSense Income

    Hi,

    If you have a content site with Adsense income of at least $100 per month, I might be interested in buying it. But the site should be:

    1) More than 1 year old
    2) Listed well in search engines for some relevant terms
    3) Earning on Adsense without any significant spends.
