Selling Site with a lot of traffic and revenue

This site has earned a fair bit through Adsense. This is because of an advertising campaign I was running on a few of my friend's sites. My first Adsense cheque was my goal, and that was sent this month so I stopped the advertising and now am selling the site.

Since stopping advertising a few days ago the traffic and earnings have slowed right down. I think the advertising was the only source of traffic and income.

So basically, this site is sold as is. It may not be earning as you get it. But it definitely has a lot of potential as you can see from the earnings screenshots below.

I earned that just from some simple banner ads on a friend's network of sites.

I'm not looking for a fortune. But since the potential is shown and it has earned I'm not going to sell for nothing.

Make an offer. I'm definitely not looking for anything in the mid hundreds or anything, that would be too much. But make an offer and I'll see what I can accept.

The website is an Autoblog in the Mesothelioma niche.
