You need to get your numbers right first.

Before someone spends as much as a new car on your website - they want the math to be perfect.

Nobody in there right mind is going to hand someone $15,000 just for saying "the roi is great".

And nobody in their right mind would sell a business that is making a
ROI of 300% and then sell if for that little. Most people sell at 12 x montly income, in your
case that would be 4000 x 12 = 48 000. And you want use to believe you want to sell it for 9000 usd.
