    Hi, I have a website for sale.The url is http://2012legend.com ( a pr1 website with a facebook page with 16,000 active fans included). The domain is almost 1 year old and produces an average of 100-140 euros per month adsense revenue.I have currently removed the ads on the site as I am in the process of setting up a wordpress blog on the domain, to be able to maximize the revenue (from the 16k fans).Let me know who's interested so we can discuss further.

    sounds strange you just removed adsense when postiong it here for sale. dont know why you would remove it right now
    anyway, try reinstalling adsense to show us the domain is not blocked from google, just in case :)
    also, posting trafic and earning proofs will really help to find a buyer
