    I'm selling this website http://www.janeshomestore.com

Currently the coop weight is 10,030. PR is 4. The site receives around 40 daily visitors. Adsense revenue is around $7 per month. I estimate that it makes around $10 per month selling the products on the site.

    Minimum offer is $600
    BIN $1000

Feel free to ask any question. :)

Although I don't think that the price is high I will lower the minimum offer to $400. Yes, I know it's kind of weird that its not showing links on google. I have links to that site from just 1 PR5 site, that is where the pr is coming from. You can check it on msn. http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=link:http://www.janeshomestore.com&FORM=QBRE

i guess i just don't understand the co-op weight thing ... if it makes very
little money ($17/m) , has very few links, and gets very few visitors what is a 10,000 co-op weight supposed to do ? is that what got the PR4 or is that from the PR5 site mentioned ?

The site obtained the pr4 from the pr5 site. The coop weight can be used to advertise your sites on other sites of the coop network.

The main value of this site comes more from the "power" to advertise your sites/links on other people sites that 10,000 coop weight gives you.

I think most people will agree that $1000 is a fair price for this site.

I have not seen your forum but I sold a forum with around 30 posts per day at $500, so I guess yours should be worth more than $1000

I agree your forum could be worth $1500 or even more based on the traffic/posts and theme.

However, this site with 10k coop weight and PR4 is probably worth the asking price for the right buyer.

I thought that a site with coop weight of 10k should be worth $1000 for the weight alone. Any money from ads/sales etc would be a bonus. I don't need the weight myself, but for someone that does, $1k should be fairly reasonable

The high offer right now is $400

Yes, is fairly reasonable price, specially if you point the weight to a website with a good topic.
