Getting some sitewide links is not a problem,but getting too many that kind of links may be a problem.
that's what other text link brokers say, but what about those script owners who put there links on the footer. Those are sitewide.. just wondering...
New sites should be wary of buying sitewide links but older, more trusted sites will not have a problem.
If I was Google I would simply value sitewide links the same as a link from just one page. Seems a pretty easy way to solve the issue.
Just remember - any link can't hurt your site. But if you want better SERP, your links have to look natural - some sitewide, some homepage, some blogpost links...
But Google is attempting to evaluate trust. A single link within the main page content is more likely to represent a person's genuine interest in a link. A sitewide footer implies it's not as interesting to readers.
