Why are you selling this site?
I am quite busy in school works and I can't find a good admin to manage the site.

How is it monetized?
It is monetized through 3 targeted Facebook groups. Here are the earnings:
1st Month: $181
2nd Month: $196
First 2 weeks of 3rd Month: $143

I only promoted the courses for three consecutive days per month. As you can see, there is a huge potential to multiply the earnings in just one month.

Yes, a Facebook page. However, the page is unmanaged since there is a greater conversion through groups.

You can promote the courses as often as you like or as little as you like. The more time you put, the greater your earnings are.

What do you mean with the packages? Is it the courses being offered? As of now there are two courses. The first is worth $11 and the second is $5. You can raise the price, add more courses, and promote more often (not just three days per month) to get more sales.
