Selling site: webpageblueprint.com

I am selling the website webpageblueprint.com. It was a site I created around 2007 about how to become a webmaster.

- It only gets about 25-30 daily visitors (80% from SEO, 10% from direct, 10% from referral traffic)
- The cash flow from the site is effectively zero. I've had a couple of hosting affiliate sign-ups over the years for a total of about $160, and a couple of small GoDaddy affiliate signups.
- The site has roughly 200 pages of content, all custom-written.
- I have historical Google Analytics data going back to 2007.
- There is no maintenance required fore the site. If you have a hosting account which allows you to add on extra domains, then the marginal hosting cost will be $0.
- The front page is blank because I just deleted the one I had up there.

The value of the site is the content. At $200, you are buying high-quality custom-written content at $1 per page. You can shut down the site and re-publish the content on your own site, or you can develop the site more.
