Site Value Estimate Please :)

    Hi there! :D

    I am asking for a site value estimate please, based on revenue and PageRank only. Okay, here it goes.

    I have a site that earns $100 - $125 average per month. The site has a Google PageRank of 3. Most traffic comes from Google.

    Can anyone give me a proper estimate for the site? Usually site values are estimated upon the equation:
    Monthly Revenue x 12 = Value

    But where does the lay its Google PageRank, etc?

    i would say around $800 - $1k, maybe a bit more if its custom design, content, active members, loads of traffic etc.

    Wow, that is a lot less than I was imagining. I was imagining $1200-$1500 minimum. Believe it or not the site does not get a whole lot of traffic...but the traffic it gets is quality search engine target traffic. It has no forum so there are no members.

    btw i based my estimate on the lowest possible figures (based on $100 max per month) so i would say $800 is minimum i would take (or if you wanted a quick sale)

    Why would you say such a low estimate when the site makes a steady $100 (and actually rising) per month? Your yearly profits will be at the minimum $1200 if not more than that!!!
