Hi guys i check about once every 2weeks on dnscoop how much my site is worth i usually get $27k for http://www.manlystuff.com/forum/index.php but all of a sudden it has dropped to $7k i dont get why? i'm worried now things i have lost? i have juts moved to a VPS and also moved my admin url but i donno why this has happend?
If I were you I would not worry too much just a domain appraisal from automate website. Most of the times it does not reflect the real value of your websites. I would recommend you answer these questions yourself first. If most of answers are "No" then you have nothing to worry about. 1. Is your traffics dropped? 2. Are your current ranking for keywords still good? 3. Is your link popularity dropped? The moving into VPS and admin folder has nothing to do with the domain value anyway.
Right, I think you might want to use some more useful tools like IBP in evaluating your sites but not via such service. Have a nice day,
i don't bother on that one too.. since your site is a forum.. i think it depends on how popular your site on the web.. you can tell it by the number of your visitors or members of your forum.. besides its not about the value of your site in terms of money but its how worth it is for internet users..
