I'm not sure on whether to sell my tutorial blog, and If i am I would first like to know a rough valuation. Here are some of the stats. The tutorial blog is averaging about 2000 unique views per day, but where only 2 months old so we are bound to increase. All off our traffic is from search engines. We have got about 500 tutorials on there mainly focusing on HTML, Photoshop,XP and psp Tutorials. Revenue is: $60 per month but thats without Adsnese. Currently im just selling Link space on my blogroll. I charge $5 per month per link. Im sure with adsense the earnings would be boosted! So I would just like a quick evaluation Thanks!
easiest rule of thumb to get an idea is 10x monthly earnings. The longer and more stable your site the better chance you have to do better than that. One month of earning will not get someone to pay 10x that. Hope that helps
