so i have 54 validation errors on my homepage at http://theguitarresource.com/store/
All of them are from the amazon ad links on there right. Is there any way to fix this problem while keeping the ads? or is it going to happen anytime i use a javascript like this??
    thanks!

you're down to 24 erros and 11 warnings.. the errors are pretty self explanatory though.

Alright, I've just had a look at your site, with W3's validator and I found only 24 errors, so at least that is slightly better that the original 54...

Also I couldn't find any amazon ads on there at the moment...

However I can say that if you are having validation errors with ads, then often you can't really do all that much to fix them, for example with google's adsense there used to be an error, don't know if there still is, but you can't remove it because of the fact that it is against the Terms Of Service to modify the code...

As long as the code is ok, then you shouldn't need to worry about any errors from the actual ads, because when XHTML comes to play, most of the ad providers will probably upgrade their code.

it seems that all my errors are coming from either Amazon ads, the Ebay itmes (which are being imported with the phpbay pro plugin for WP), and the Blog Site links in my footer. Will any of this affect my SEO since it is not really in my site's structure?
