Site using wordpress

I have planned to do a site where peoples can upload photos and other registered peoples can rate the photos from 1 - 10 ( smiler to hotornot ),,,, and also according to the ratings it should get sorted in front page ( slimier to digg ),,, can i do this using wordpress or is there some scripts which can do this ??

If you search the Wordpress plugin directory, you will find plenty of voting plugins (also called rating plugins).

 

Wordpress wont be good enough for your requirements. Try something else, or develop it your own.
