The site below use the good name of digitalpoint and misspelling to scam and get revenue.
I want to report them but I don't know if they use adsense or YPN ads or else and where to report them.

I not said spam I said scam.

1.If the ads are from YPN,Adsense they breaking the TOS.

2.If I made a site look like your bank site , or your brook firm site and give you misleading information and you loose money is calling phishing or make a site that look for kids and have porno ads you will be arested.

3.Misleading a consumer break the : Consumer Law US and also Misleading and Comparative Advertising in Europe.

U.S. authorities make first arrest under law against misleading sites.

"A law aimed at reducing the pornnapping and typosquatting that lead children and consumers to accidentally view porn online or fake sites has netted its first arrest. The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York charged John Zuccarini, 53, under the Truth in Domain Names Act. The law, passed as part of the AMBER Alert legislation, makes it a crime to knowingly use "a misleading domain name on the Internet with the intent to deceive a minor or into viewing material that is harmful to minors on the Internet or to send the consumers fake sites by using misleading words."

So it is not a form of marketing is form of scam.
