Like the others have said, nice job on the design. I don't want this to be a pointless post though so I'm going to have to criticise something! The rollovers at the top of the page (Free2Hired Services, For Me, For My Business) should be reworked IMO. Instead of having the whole button switch to grey on the rollover, try having only the text change to a black or grey. Personally I think it'll look a whole lot more cleaner.
Like all the others, I can say the design is very nice and has a professional look! In SEO point of view I think you have a lot of H1 tags and no H2, H3 etc. which can be confusing for searchengines.
