Site up or Site Down???? - Downtime Question pls help

    Hi DP Friends,

    Just want to ask a few questions about downtime.

    I have this site and there were times that I can't access it but when I access with proxy it see my up and running good.

    Please someone explain this to me.

    i think you must ask this question to your hosting provider. they must give the answer why your site is down

    When your site is down..check that it's actually down by cross checking the site on alertra.com

    If you can access it by Ip but not by domain name it means that the DNS server is down.
