Site + Two Domains = $20 BIN

I really need to get rid of this stuff, so I'm willing to part with all of the below for $20 via PayPal.

UGNETWORK.NET - DOMAIN ONLY

The domain was registered in 2004, making it just over three years old (even though it had been registered, then expired, before we purchased it three years ago). The domain has no Alexa and Google, but it has back links.

No revenue, so don't bother to ask for revenue statistics.

Just another note: You do not receive the theme with this website. You only receive the domain and the content. While there isn't a lot of content on the site, it's enough to get a CAPS site started. CAPS are very popular within the NBA gaming community, so with some work, you could make this into a valuable niche site. We just don't have the interest to pursue this project further.

Like I said, you can have both of these items for $20. PayPal only. Post BIN to buy. No offers or trades. Script installation of WordPress and the installation of the content database is not included, but can be provided for an additional $10 fee.
