Site totally ripped my content and graphics, what do I do?

Whomever the owner of medipetsolutions.com, totally ripped my pet site, http://www.petmedoutlet.com.

What should I do to get him to remove the content.

He stole my category layout, unique content, and graphics.

An example is their opening paragraph is word for word from my site. He also used my meta tags, etc.

I am livid (He even has the nerve to be affiliate for the same company)

they don't look remotely similar to me. Where are you getting all this 'duplicated' content and design stuff from?

    read the first paragraph.

My old layout is this: http://www.petmedoutlet.com/home2.htm

He not only stole my browse button, he copied my main paragraph word for word. He didn't even changed the text style.

What do you mean "yeah he took a paragraph"? That is my paragraph word for word. You can't just steal content.

He copied my buttons and pretty much copied my meta tags and category links on the side.

You can't actually do anything without the design being stolen. I don't think much can be done apart from notifiy people :(

I just checked his whois and it's interesting:

    Registrant:
    Legal Tax Break
    32175 Old Yale Road
    Abbotsford, British Columbia V2C 2C8
    Canada

Figures he would know stealing is against the law.

Who's stopping him? I certainly don't see anything legal being done about it =/ If you're serious about stopping him from doing it, you would need to hire a lawyer and take legal action, but how worth it to you is it?

Is the content your own writting or is it provided by the aff program? I had a problem once but I couldn't do anything as the content was provided and not my own.

    Good luck with this one.

Added: I ran a quick check on a tool we developped and I found 28 sites with wording between 60% and 80% similar to yours, 25 sites with similar categories.

    It was my writing 100%.

The writing was done for seo and the guy blatantly stole it from me.

The affiliate does not provide any content.

Can you show me please? This is ridiculous.

I wasn't aware people just go around and steal other peoples writing.

BTW, I currently am talking with the merchant and they going to talk to the guy.

    Looks canned to me.
Probably, if I had such a site, what I would write.
Face it, when it comes to affiliate sites, etc
You will find they are all just about the same.
Especially if your site is not unique to you, as in coded by you, the template was coded by you, etc.

And why does every single pet med site say the same thing...
    lowest guaranteed prices?

Will stick to the main sellers and bypass affiliates (better that way)>

The site is coded by me, designed by me, and the content was written by me.

Give me some credit, I worked hard to get the site to where it is.
