Site to Sell - Auction Ends 3:00pm EST DST today

Hey guys,

Some of you may know that I had this up for sale for a few weeks, and well I cannot get any attention into selling it. SO what I am going to is create auction that will finish at 3:00 EST DST today, so for anyone outside of the states go by the current New York DST.

The site has never been used to make money through adsense or affiliates. It was built in Jan of 06 and I had the intention of using it for making money off affiliates, however I got caught up with other web marketing projects.

In the benginning of the site it was marketed well, however these days it only recieves its auto search engine and directory submissions.

The reason for me selling it is that I will never get around to using it for anything and it is better off with someone else than with me.

In terms of stats it recieves around 2000 to 2400 unique visitors per month and about 16000 to 18000 page views. It is a PR 3 site and is made up to part unique content (about 15 to 20 articles - can not remember exact) and the rest are non-unique.
