Site Times Out

For some reason I cannot access my site: http://www.tvlinkz.info

from any computers or internet connections at all. I don't think it is my server, because I uploaded a test site to see if it would load, and I could open it up fine. I have no idea why tvlinkz will not open up though.

I have wordpress installed, could that have anything to do with it (I am thinking of all possible problems at this point...)

Thanks for any help in advance.

Are you using any proxy? If so, please check its settings.

I'm just connecting directly to the internet...but I think my ISP as a whole might be putting of of its users behind a proxy (if that's even possible..). This is Singapore, so they like to 'try' to filter a lot.

edit: If they are really filtering or something like that, its fucking ridiculous...

Loads well here from India...maybe try a web proxy at your end?

I can use a proxy and access it, but since its a wordpress site I need to be able to edit it from the browser and a lot of the features dont work through proxies :\

Could you elaborate on this a bit more or point me to a tutorial. I'm not too familiar with changing or really DNS servers in general..

    Thanks :)
