    I have a site that earns approximately $1000 net income per month using Adwords Advertising. Gross revenue is about $2000 and after Adwords I walk away with $1000 per month. This site has never had any promotion done on it but Adwords. Someone that wanted to spend some time on this site could really make it a money maker. I can provide proof of revenue and Adwords spending. I am also a novice with Adwords, so someone could really do well with this. Keywords are running under $.50/ click right now... Due to the fact I have very little competition, I am not revealing this site in an open forum. Those interested or wanting more details, please PM me. Serious inquiries only.

    After the initial setup, I spend about 30 minutes per day answering the occasional email or monitoring my Adwords. It is something that is basically on auto-pilot. You may ask why I am selling a site such as this.. I have been diagnosed with some medical problems and need to pay some out of pocket medical expenses with the sale of this site.

    I have recieved an overwhelming response and have a few people looking at this seriously. I do not have time to continue to answer the same questions so I am going to post my rules for info on this site. I am not going to send over all my revenue reports and the URL to someone with virtually no posts that just wants to steal my site and copy it. Here are the details of the site. If you would like to receive information and are serious about purchasing, please read the following.

    In order to protect the buyer from possible market saturation, I will not be disclosing URL right away. I am happy to provide revenue stats as requested. The site is a little over a month old and is generating sales in the $800-1000/month range. All sales are driven through Adwords and the gross revenue of the site is around $2000. So, every $100 spent with Adwords generates right at $100. I would love to keep the site and continue to market, but have to sell.

    The site sells a software product which you will have rights to.

    I will disclose all keywords I am bidding on after the sale is final (contractually)

    I am asking $6,000 which is about 6-7 months profit.
