Site that codes images

    I remember seeing a site awhile back where you could design a layout in photoshop, send them the image, and they'd code everything for you and upload it for around $700. Now I can't find it. Does anyone know what it is?

    I'd say that every web design service can do it. Some even design the layout themselves if you tell them what you want.
    Try searching for "Web Design" or something

    If it was for coding wordpress for example, then $700 would be rather expensive.
