So CPM means cost per 1000 impressions, yes? And if I set 25 cents then I'm paying 25 cents per 1000 impressions, and if there are 32000 impressions then I should pay about 8 bucks, and yet Google shows my charge for that at about $21 bucks. Any ideas? I remember reading somewhere that the exact charge is not right on each day, and google will spread it out over the entire month, could that be the issuee? THanks.
